Signal
Signal is a churn-risk workspace for e-commerce support teams. It surfaces customers who are showing signs of churning, explains why they were flagged, and lets a team member send an AI-drafted win-back message in a single click, then tracks the outcome all the way through to recovery. I designed and built the product end to end, from the interface to the working front end.

Challenge
Design a workspace that turns scattered churn signals (health scores, order value trends, support conversations) into a single ranked view a support team can act on in minutes, without burying them in dashboards or forcing them to piece together why a customer is actually at risk.
Solution
I structured the product around three connected steps (Detect, Signal, and Keep) so the team always knows where a customer sits in the recovery pipeline. Detect ranks conversations by risk tier (High risk, Watch, Stable) using health score, order value trend, and days since last activity.
The Signal page surfaces the full message thread alongside a "Why this was flagged" panel, and Keep turns that context into a one-click, AI-drafted win-back message, tracked from Needs outreach through to Recovered.
Competition
Most churn tools stop at analytics: they flag risk but leave the "why" and the "what now" to the support team. Signal closes that loop by pairing the risk signal with the reasoning behind it and a ready-to-send recovery action, so flagging a customer and acting on it happen in the same place.
